Ambari Utsav sleeper buses: The Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has augmented its fleet of Ambari Utsav sleeper buses by adding 20 new vehicles, thereby increasing the total to 40. The launch of these new buses, celebrated for their comfort and advanced features, took place on Tuesday, officiated by Transport Minister Ramalinga Reddy, Health Minister Dinesh Gundu Rao, and other dignitaries. Tailored for long-distance travel, this fleet expansion aims to improve connectivity across Karnataka and its neighboring states.

Anbu Kumar, the Managing Director of KSRTC, highlighted the distinctive attributes of the Ambari Utsav buses, which have gained significant popularity since their introduction in 2023. Each bus measures 15 meters in length and features a 2×1 berth layout, accommodating up to 40 passengers comfortably. This configuration provides a soothing experience for overnight travelers, offering ample space for relaxation. Furthermore, the buses are outfitted with contemporary amenities, including USB and C-type charging ports for user convenience, as well as a Fire Detection and Suppression System to ensure enhanced safety.

Ambari Utsav sleeper buses: The buses are designed with Scandinavian-inspired exteriors and an aerodynamic structure, effectively merging visual appeal with fuel efficiency. The inclusion of powerful halogen headlights and daytime running lights enhances safety, particularly during nighttime travel.
